Sriboga Flour Mill holds a Baking Workshop as well as a Digital Business Seminar

Jakarta, located at the Grand Kemang Hotel, Jakarta. PT Sriboga Flour Mill held a baking demo entitled Sriboga Bakery & Pastries Fiesta. "Bakery Innovation & Digital Smartpreneur" was the theme in the activity which was held on Thursday, September 05, 2019.

Sriboga Customer Center (SCC) as a customer service center, as well as the organizer of the event, featured several Chefs, namely Chef Riyandi Suherman from SCC Jakarta, Ched Deny Panca from SCC Surabaya, and Chef Ron from SCC Semarang with the main Sponsor Chefs such as Chef Trisulo from Filma, Chef Dicky from Emina Cheese demonstrates a variety of interesting applications using super premium grade flour, including Hime (flour for making bread). And Double zero (special flour for pastry). The applications demonstrated include making Chicken Croissant Cheese (Chickrocheese), Bluder Cheese, Pao Beef Maranggi, Brownies Cheese, and Palmsuiker Cupcake.

This activity is also the right moment for PT Sriboga Flour Mill to reintroduce the 1kg packaging size of the Super Premium class flour so that it is more practical and economical for Bakery & UKM, Horeca, Start-Up and Household businesses in Indonesia.

"We also present a digital business speaker from google My business to share information with invitees regarding the ways and benefits of registering their business on the Google search engine so that they can be seen and increase sales online," said Rike Sundari as General Manager, PT Sriboga Flour Mill.

Panca Indria Pristiawan, Sales Operations & Support Manager of PT Sriboga Flour Mill added, "This activity is expected to take place for the bakery industry players and SMEs in the bakery sector to take advantage of the super-premium class flour as superior raw material to produce quality business products."

During the process of making a number of these menus, the participants were diligently paying attention while flipping through the recipe books that were distributed to see the composition of the raw materials used. They also actively asked questions related to the menu being demonstrated, knowledge about baking in general, and about the raw materials used to make bakery & pastry products. In addition, visitors are also offered attractive promos from various sales stands at the event.

The Grand Baking Demo Sriboga Bakery & Pastries Fiesta event had previously started in Semarang on 16 July 2019, Surabaya on 27 July 2019, Tegal on 21 July 2019, Bandung on 29 August 2019, funds will be held in 5 other major cities in Indonesia, including in Malang on 19 September 2019, Solo on 3 October 2019, Denpasar on 19 October 2019, Purwokerto on 14 November 2019, Yogyakarta on 5 December 2019.
