Bandung, located at the Grand Asrilia Hotel, Bandung. PT Sriboga Flour Mill held a baking demo entitled Sriboga Bakery & Pastries Fiesta. "Bakery Innovation & Digital Smartpreneur" was the theme in the activity which was held on Thursday, August 29, 2019.
Sriboga Customer Center (SCC) as a customer service center, as well as an organizer of the event, featured several Chefs, namely Chef Vidya Listyanova from SCC Bandung, Chef Rudi Nasrudin from SCC Semarang, and Chef Bangun Budianto from SCC Yogyakarta along with the main sponsor chefs such as Chef Koko Hidayat from Filma, Chef Dini from Emina Cheese demonstrated a variety of interesting applications using Super Premium class Flour, including Hime (special flour for making bread), and Double Zero (special flour for making pastries). The applications demonstrated include making Chicken Croissant Cheese (Chickrocheese), Bluder Cheese, Pao Beef Maranggi, Choco Cheese Cookies, and Klepon Cake.
This activity is also the right momentum for PT Sriboga Flour Mill to reintroduce the 1kg packaging size of the Super Premium class flour so that it is more practical and economical for Bakey & UKM, Horeca, Start Up, and Household businesses in Indonesia.

During the process of making a number of these menus, the participants paid close attention while leafing through the recipe books that were distributed to see the composition of the raw materials used. They also actively asked questions related to the menu being demonstrated, knowledge about baking in general, and about the raw materials used to make bakery & pastry products. In addition, visitors are also offered attractive promos from various sales stands at the event.
The Grand Baking Demo Sriboga Bakery & Pastries Fiesta event had previously started in Semarang on 16 July 2019, Surabaya 27 July 2019, Tegal, 21 July 2019 and will be held in 6 other major cities in Indonesia, including in Jakarta, 5 September 2019, Malang 19 September 2019, Solo 3 October 2019, Denpasar 19 October 2019, Purwokerto 14 November 2019, Yogyakarta 5 December 2019. The place and time will be informed through social media Instagram and Facebook @ Inspirbaking.
