Sriboga Customer Center collaborated with Emina Cheese to carry out an Online Baking Demo on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. This event was held at the Sriboga Customer Center (SCC) Semarang as a host, but was supported and demonstrated by Chef Bangun Budianto to learn directly through the Zoom application and Youtube Live, at SCC Yogyakarta.
Chef Bangun Budianto demonstrates the Roti Gembong Keju recipe with Ayam acar serut, using Double Zero flour (1kg pack) and combining it with Emina Cheese. A total of 167 wheat flour-based SMEs were collected within 5 days through the Zoom application. The audience enthusiastically asked about the Roti Gembong Keju recipe. Chef Bangun explaining "the trend of Roti Gembong can help SME’s develop their business during pandemic." During the 40 minutes duration Chef Bangun, assisted by his assistant, demonstrated the making of Roti Gembong while considering the many questions from SME’s who were present both through the Zoom application and via Youtube Account : Inspirasi Baking. This event is certainly the right time to reintroduce to all audiences about 1kg Super Premium Wheat Flour, especially through Youtube which can reach a wider audience to SME’s, housewives, hotels, restaurants and cafes.
After Chef Bangun finished the recipe demo, Emina Cheese's turn featured Chef Pow Pow demonstrating the Emina Cheese Peach Cake in Jar recipe. Chef Pow Pow explained that the Cake in the Jar is very trendy in the eyes of consumers, the food has been made and packaged directly in the jar, it also gives a beautiful impression. The audience immediately asked many direct questions at the event regarding recipes, techniques, etc. Chef Pow Pow helped answer these questions directly, while those that couldn't be answered were directly assisted by the Emina Cheese Team through the Zoom application in the Chat room.
Panca Indria Pristiawan, SCC Manager of PT Sriboga Flour Mill added, "This activity is expected to take place for the Bakery Industry players and SME in the Bakery sector to take advantage of Super Premium Wheat Flour as superior raw material to produce quality business products."
This event was attended by well-known SME’s in West Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java. The event kicked off at 1:00 p.m. by opening Zoom's waiting room 30 minutes before it started. And this activity is a routine program from the SCC regularly held every month to help SME’s get to know more about Sriboga Flour Mill products.
