Tuesday (26/07) was present representing the Head of the Semarang City Industry Service, in the IKM Snack Market Training Center Training Program with PT. Sriboga Flour Mill, at Wisma Sriboga Jl. S. Parman 45 Semarang.
PT. Sriboga Flour Mill featured Chef Rudi Nasrudin as a mentor and demonstrated the manufacture of wheat flour-based foods. The training is given to the Pudak Payung Market IKM Snack Center, as fostered by the Semarang City Industry Service, which aims to increase knowledge about wheat flour and its processed products, as well as to support the empowerment of entrepreneurship in the food sector.
