Sriboga Flour Mill introduces innovative packaging

Semarang (ANTARA) - PT Sriboga Flour Mill has again introduced an innovative packaging with a packaging size of 1 kg of super premium wheat flour, making it more practical and economical for bakery & UKM, horeca, start-up, and household business players in Indonesia.


The introduction of the innovative packaging was carried out at a grand baking demo event entitled Sriboga Tradition of Culinary Archipelago Kekinian which carried the theme Bogantara Smartpreneur in Magelang, Thursday.


Sriboga Customer Center (SCC) as a customer service center, as well as the organizer of the event, featured Chef Rudi Nasrudin from SCC Semarang, Chef Bangun Widyanto from SCC Yogyakarta along with main sponsor chefs such as Chef Kim Garry from Filma, and Chef Arifatun from Emina Cheese Indonesia.


The chefs demonstrated various interesting applications using super premium grade flour, including Hime (special flour for making bread), Double Zero (special flour for making pastries), Ninja (all-purpose flour), and Yokozuna (special flour for making cakes).


The applications demonstrated include making mozzarella prawn cake, durian bread, ganjel rail, coffee bean cookies, kastengel, carrot cake, banana cashew chocolate cookies, and salted egg cookies.


"We educate food entrepreneurs early to catch up on Ramadan time, so that entrepreneurs who prepare food in the form of pastries are immediately educated before they release their products for sale ahead of Eid Al-Fitr," said Rike Sundari as GM Commercial, PT Sriboga Flour Mill.


After Idul Fitri, continued Rike, the activity will be continued by educating food entrepreneurs who routinely sell Indonesian souvenirs to keep their products innovative and up-to-date.


Irfan Wahyudi, SME Manager of PT Sriboga Flour Mill hopes that with this activity, bakery industry players and UKM in the bakery sector can take advantage of super premium class flours as superior raw materials to produce quality business products.


Panca Indria Pristiawan, Sales Operation & Support Manager of PT Sriboga Flour Mill added that at the event there was a special promo for purchasing Sriboga Hime, Double Zero, Ninja, and Yokozuna 1 kg flour, i.e. by purchasing 5 kg, you will get 1 kg of any product free depending on availability.


"We offer special prices at the event, in order to boost our sales ahead of the month of Ramadan, so that participants can do a trial before they make cookies that will be marketed to welcome Eid this year," added Panca.


The Grand Baking Demo Sriboga event, the Indonesian Catering Tradition will take place in 12 major cities including Bogor, Jember, Semarang, Purwokerto, Cirebon, Yogyakarta, Malang, Bekasi, Tegal, Surabaya, lastly closed in Bandung 12 December 2020 and for the location and time it will informed more fully through social media Instagram and Facebook @ Inspirbaking.
